Required for business texting through Fast5.

Please update or request help with setting up your:

Business hours

Appointment types

Appointment durations

Team member availability

Existing calendar integrations (Google Calendar, Outlook, etc.)

Meeting locations or virtual meeting preferences

9. Customer Database Export

Please Export Your Entire Prepared Client Database In CSV Format

For HIPAA compliant security please follow this transfer protocol:

✓ Export database as CSV

✓ Compress into an encrypted ZIP file using 7-Zip or equivalent software with AES-256 encryption

✓ Provide password through a separate communication channel

Fast5 is glad to assist when needed with database export and transfer.

10. Database Import & Mapping

Fast5 Will:

✓ Review database structure

✓ Map fields into GHL

✓ Import contacts

✓ Verify data integrity

Client should provide:

Fast5 Will:

✓ Configure triggers and actions

✓ Test all automation sequences prior to launch

Final Authorization

Upon receipt of all required materials, Fast5 will begin system configuration and provide estimated completion timelines.
