Client Requirements Checklist

Thank you for choosing Fast5 to build and launch your marketing and communication system. To ensure a smooth and timely setup, please provide the following information and materials.

1. Website Connection

Desired subdomain for platform sent automated emails *

3. Business VOIP Marketing Phone Number Setup

Preferred area code for your VOIP business phone number *

Existing business phone number information (if porting a number)

Fast5 will assist with selecting and configuring your VOIP business number.

4. Call Forwarding Configuration

Destination phone number(s) where calls should be forwarded

5. A2P 10DLC SMS Compliance Registration

Required for business texting (SMS) through Fast5.

11. Workflow & Email Campaign Launch

Fast5 Will:

✓ Create and launch a 16 or 19-email nurture campaign

✓ Test all automation sequences prior to launch

Upon receipt of all required materials, Fast5 will begin system configuration and provide estimated completion timelines.
